Carrboro was recently named a 2025 All-America City by the National Civic League, an award that recognizes ten communities that leverage civic engagement, collaboration, inclusiveness and innovation to successfully address local issues.

The 2025 Award focused on communities that demonstrate a commitment to environmental sustainability through meaningful community engagement initiatives.
