Barbara has been awarded the 2023 Moms Demand Action Gun Sense Candidate distinction. Barbara says, "I advocate for gun violence prevention and will govern with gun safety in mind. I am honored to be a #GunSense candidate. No one is immune from gun violence. We need gun legislation reform now more than ever - we need to look no further than recent events on our UNC Campus. Continuing to send love and light to everyone."

Same Day Voter Registration is available at all Early Voting Sites but NOT on Election Day.

Photo ID will be required. No voter will be turned away. The Orange County Board of Elections is offering free voter ID cards to eligible voters at their offices in Hillsborough.
